Mechanical harvesting: Unique harvesting system of live poultry . Designed for livestock buildings with multiple floors, the ESM harvester allows safe and gentle poultry harvesting.
Automatic weighing and caging system : The ESM caging system for side opening liners as a unique ultra thin 84 inches stroke conveyor that is able to gently load the birds into the liners. The weighing and caging system is designed to work with the side loading liners currently in use for the transportation of live turkeys. This system weights the correct amount of birds to load in each liner. The data is recorded and a loading report is created for each van. The system is fully automated, self-positioning in front of each liner depending of the liners height.
Side loading liners: Stackable liners with side opening for transport van. Unique door system that can be opened or closed mechanically.
Fixed and ajustable balconies: Different balcony models for the live bird transfer at the farm.
Trailers: Custom built trailers for live bird transport.
