The chicken harvester can transfer 12 000 kg per hour. The chickens stays on their feet with their heads up at all times. Made with first quality components. Available with diesel fuel engine, hybrid or fully electric. Aviking can customize the machines to fit your needs.

Live Bird Caging System
The ESM side loading cage system can be loaded manually or mechanically with the ESM side loader.
The doors easily slides up and down and stays closed while transport is on the road. Interior space is optimized and the ceiling is flat with no obstruction from the open door.
For transfer in laying hen farms, ESM has developed a unique module with full access from three sides. Proven door mechanism is simple, robust and easy to open.
Standard size is 22′ W x 48′ L x 66′ H but custom configuration is available on request.
Poultry Farm Balconies
Third floor balconies including worker safety guards, harness attachment, side retractable support. Easy handling and height adjutment: the balcony slides on rails and is fitted with counterweight, making the balcony virtually feather light.
First and second floor balconies are mounted on a pivot hinge and can be tilted inward when not in use.
